The entire villa is yours during your stay, no space is sharing with others.
Please note as we don’t own the rice fields in front of the villa, you may experience some farmers passing in front. As they are working on their land, this is just natural and we can’t do anything against it. Take it as an opportunity to see more of the locals life!

VILLA WITH RICE FIELD VIEW
As nature is integral to the villa, during the night, you may hear peaceful noises which come from the insects who inhabit the rice field. This is the charm of living close to nature in Ubud.

NEIGHBOORHOOD SITUATION
Please be aware that there can be music that is being played from neighbouring properties, we do not have any jurisdiction over the said properties, however we are able to advise them to keep the volume levels down.
