Villa Melissa has 800m2 of living area with a 30 m beach front with sunsets across the beach every afternoon.
The dining room can be opened up or closed and air-conditioned, all ceilings are 3.5 m high windows are fitted with 8mm glass and the timber used outdoor is the beautiful and long wearing ironwood.
