• External Vendors: For your safety and equipment integrity, all vendor services are managed by our dedicated villa team. Using external vendors is strictly prohibited and will incur an additional charge.
• Dedicated Staff: The villa is fully staffed with a Villa Manager, villa host, daily housekeeping, gardener, and pool caretaker, all available to assist you. Staff do not live on the property but are available when needed.

Important Notes:

• Road Access: The road to this new villa in a remote location with rice field views is narrow, made of limestone (not asphalt), may be muddy after rain, and has potholes. There are no lampposts, so it can be dark at night. If renting a car, please use a smaller vehicle (smaller than a Toyota Avanza).
• Jungle Environment: You may hear noises from insects and geckos native to the jungle.
• Surrounding Rice Fields: Rice fields are a food source for locals and may be harvested at different times of the year. Landscape modifications outside our property are beyond our control.
• Local Wildlife: Bali’s humid tropical environment has geckos & insects. Gentle pest control is regular, but encounters may occur. These are harmless and part of the ecosystem.
• Semi-Open Living Area: The living/common area is semi-open and does not have air conditioning, but ceiling fans are available, and sliding doors can be opened for natural breeze.
• Power Reliability: Located in a relatively remote area, electricity flow may be less reliable than in cities, and power cuts may occur. No generator is available.
• Surrounding Land: Jungle and lands surrounding the property are not ours. Locals may pass by or use their land freely. Landscape modifications or the presence of others in the surroundings are beyond our control.
• Ongoing Construction: We apologize for potential noise from nearby construction and are available to address concerns.
• Maximum Occupancy: The villa is for 12 people, with a maximum capacity of 14 (additional charge per extra guest per night).
• Noise from Construction: Please note the villa is subject to some noise due to surrounding construction.

FAQs (Key Information):

• Check-in: 14:00 by default. Early luggage drop possible. Early check-in subject to availability. Late check-in after 8 PM incurs an additional charge.
• Check-out: 11:00 am by default. Late check-out subject to availability and additional charges. Luggage storage possible if the villa is empty.
• In-villa Dining: The villa host can cook simple meals (non-complimentary breakfast at total grocery cost + additional charge per guest per meal). A private Chef from our trusted partner can be arranged (see separate details).
• Floating Breakfast: Available at an additional charge per tray (can be shared by four guests). Order with onsite staff the day before.
• Housekeeping: Daily service at your convenience (arrange with your villa host). Service occurs once a day.
• Towels: Changed every three days for eco-friendly reasons (leave on the floor). Hanging towels are considered clean.
