This villa features spacious, open air spaces, one of the room have mezzanine, completed with air conditioning and fans for your utmost relaxation. Flatscreen Tv, cable channels, as well as Dvd players are also provided for your entertainment experience(living-room).  The open-air living and dining room opens on a view to rice field and a beautiful pool. Giving you the vibes of Greek combine with tropical lushes, where you can enjoy cozy couches while reading a book, taking a nap, or visiting with friends and family.

Everything you need is provided for your ease and convenience. If you choose to dine in, all modern kitchen amenities are on hand.

Additional note:
*Pets are not allowed to be in the premises, except, there is approval from our management board. Regarding this matter, 30% deposit for pets would be required, provided that they are well-trained and that you leave a security deposit, which will be refunded at the end of your stay if no damage occurs.
*Crib is available on additional charge and 5 days notification in advance prior to arrival is needed (subject to availability)
