Located close to the center of hip Berawa, the 4-bedroom this villa sits at the end of a quiet street in a secure complex of villas. The villa boasts 3 upstairs bedrooms, with one downstairs, each with ensuite bathrooms. The L-shaped sofas face out over the pool and sun deck, with an 8-seater dining table near the fully equipped kitchen, and a wall-bracketed large flat-screen TV oriented towards the living and dining rooms. Three sun-loungers overlook the pool under two sun umbrellas, while two more water loungers are immersed in the shallow end of the refreshing pool. This villa is steps away from all the action; far enough away to afford guests peace and quiet, yet within an easy walk to the beach, restaurants, cafes, shops, and large supermarket.

Living, dining, and kitchen

The front door opens directly into the sitting room where expansive cream sofas overlook the pool deck and gardens. Between the living area and fully equipped kitchen is the 8-seater dining table, and four high stools face the breakfast bar. The large flat-screen TV is positioned to enjoy all-day sports, so guests can relax sofa-side with one eye on the TV and the other on the kids in the pool. The design of this space is minimalist, yet superbly functional dressed in hues of white, ivory, and cream, dotted with selected artwork, and well-positioned lighting. At the back of this living space, stairs lead up to the three bedrooms.

Bedrooms

Upstairs, three bedrooms including the master look out over the pool and gardens, each connected by a glazed balcony that stretches around the front of the house. All bedrooms feature king-size beds, large flat-screen TVs, ample cupboards, hanging space, and generous-sized ensuite bathrooms with washbasins, lavatory, and rain shower, while the master bathroom also features a standalone bath. Downstairs, the fourth bedroom and its ensuite bathroom are accessed next to the kitchen, with separate glass sliding doors opening onto the garden and pool deck.

Pool and Gardens

A double sun lounger plus two separate sun beds overlook the pool, with Balinese ceremonial sun umbrellas offering plenty of shade, while two more sun beds rest in the shallow end, offering guests a view of the whole villa. Steps lead into the pool at each end, so no handrails are necessary. Ample lighting provides refreshing dips both day and night, especially illuminating the beautiful surrounding lush greenery.

Staff

Guests will be greeted at check-in by our Villa Manager who is a treasure trove of information about Bali, available to arrange tours, book restaurants, solve all problems, and always ready to assist. The villa is served by a delightful housekeeper, who arrives nice and early each day ensuring the villa is promptly cleaned, any mess from the night before cleared away, so guests awake to a freshly prepared villa. Beds are made, clothes folded, rooms neat and tidy, with laundered towels laid out ready for the day’s pool activities. In addition, gardeners and pool attendants pop in to ensure the villa’s exteriors are always spotless.
