This 5 bedroom villa is fully equipped to perfection, with all amenities, smart TVs in every room, a fully equipped and capable Gym located just by the living room. You are more than welcome to sip your favourite drinks or whip up your desired dishes in the kitchen, or relax by the sunbeds by the pool, overlooking nature and enjoying its warm embrace every minute.
Your villa is located in the wonderful area of Sayan, which perfectly sits in between the convenience of public access, with only a short 10 minute drive to the heart of Ubud, you are immersed in between the city and nature effortlessly.

At your service: The villa is fully staffed with villa attendance, gardener, pool caretaker and an onsite manager, available to take care of you. The staffs do not live on the property, but are available when needed.
Guests can use the following things:

-Basically, everything that is on the property

ROAD ACCESS CONDITION
As this villa is a brand new villa and located on a remote location with rice field view, the road access is not smooth and perfect. The road is narrow, a bit tricky, still on progress and narrow for some larger cars. There are no lampposts on the limestone road heading to the villa, so it can be dark at night.
If you rent a car, please be aware to bring a smaller car when you arrive at the villa, as a big car may not fit in the road. A car bigger than a Toyota Avanza, may not be suitable to the road. We recommend you to contact our onsite team for better direction first before you come to the villa.
**During Covid-19 we take extra care to disinfect all our surfaces. All towels and bedlinens are washed on high temperature. Our staffs wear masks and hand sanitizer is available. We commit to vigorously following the Airbnb Guidelines regarding the cleaning protocol**.

FAQs
– Q: What time is the Check-in policy?
-A: We have dedicated staff to help with the check in process. Our standard check-in time is at 3:00 pm. However, you are most welcome to drop your luggage after 11:00 am while we are getting your villa ready. As our staff does not stand by the villa all the time, there will be an additional late-check in fee applied at IDR 200k after 8:00 PM as compensation for the staff overtime.
– Q: What time is the Check-out policy?
– A: Our check-out time is at 11:00 by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and involves extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 18:00; an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 18:00, will be charged at a full day’s Daily Villa Rate.
If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, you are welcome to do so.
– Q: Could I have a butler or a personal Chef to cook, so I can dine in the villa?
– A: Should you wish to dine in the villa, every villa comes with a personal butler catering to your needs. He or she can help you cook simple meals, be it non-complimentary breakfast, at total grocery cost + 50,000IDR per guest per meal as cover charge. Simply let your personal butler know a day in advance. He or she will help you purchase the freshest ingredients in the market and delight you with simple cooking.
Should you wish to have a professional Chef or a professional catering, we have a trusted partner with high hospitality standards at your service, at an additional cost. Simply inquire with your butler a day before. We will be happy to help you arrange this service.
Otherwise, our villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. Please refer to the kitchen amenities list to see what equipment is provided. We believe our kitchen will inspire the chef within you.
– Q : Do you offer a floating breakfast?
– A : We can arrange a floating breakfast at an additional cost of €25/ tray. Breakfast on each tray could be shared between four guests . You could place the order to onsite staff, by latest in the morning the day before. However, to make sure of the availability, please contact us immediately after your booking should you need this extra arrangement.
– Q : Do we have a housekeeping service every day?
– A : Yes, there will be a housekeeping service every day at your convenience. For the sake of respecting every guest’s privacy, please kindly arrange with your butler should you wish your villa to be cleaned and at what time.
– Q : Can we have extra clean towels?
– A : You can get an extra towel as long as we have it available.
– Q : What is the maximum occupancy for this villa? Can I have extra beds?
– A : This villa is for 10 people, but the maximum capacity is for 12 people which means that the 11th and 12th person are counted as extra guests. The extra guest fee would be €20/night/person. We can provide two extra beds with mattresses should you have more than 10 people.
