The 4 stylish and comfortable bedrooms are nestled around the common area. Two rooms are just in front of the pool with calming rice field view and direct pool access. All 4 rooms are designed for your comfort and equipped with a/c, TV, safety box and en-suite bathroom.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped including various cooking utensils, fridge, stove and oven. A kitchen island invites you to have social get-togethers while preparing food or drinks. The large ceiling window on top of the kitchen area is ensuring natural light during the day, making the space even nicer and welcoming.

A comfortable dining table is separating the kitchen and lounge area, come together with your friends and family for a fun meal! Our staff is happy to prepare breakfast for you (on extra cost) and the butler can arrange a private chef for lunch/dinner after your request. Please contact our butler directly.

The whole living area can be an open space or the large sliding glass doors can convert it to a cold and nice closed room. Transform the place after your needs and feelings! The comfortable couch area is just in front of the beautiful infinity pool, surrounded by high quality wooden deck and with green rice fields in the background. Relax under the sunbrellas by the pool or take a refreshing dip in the water – you can be sure to have the best time in this amazing villa!

GUEST ACCESS

The entire villa is yours during your stay, no space is sharing with others. Please note as we don’t own the rice fields in front of the villa, you may experience some farmers passing in front. As they are working on their land, this is just natural and we can’t do anything against it. Take it as an opportunity to see more of the locals life!

ROAD ACCESS CONDITION

As this villa is new and located on a remote location with rice field view, the road access is not smooth and perfect. The road is narrow, made of limestone not asphalt, could be muddy after a long rain, and have potholes here and there. There are no lampposts on the limestone road heading to the villa, so it can be dark at night. If you rent a car, please be aware to bring a smaller car when you arrive at the villa, as a big car may not fit in the road. A car bigger than a Toyota Avanza, may not be suitable to the road.

VILLA WITH RICE FIELD VIEW

As nature is integral to the villa, you may hear noises which come from the insects who inhabit the rice field. This is the charm of living close to nature in Ubud. Kindly note that rice fields surrounding the property are the main food resources for locals living in the area. This means they may be harvested at different times of the year. Host is not responsible for any surrounding landscape modification out of their scope. Bali is a humid and tropical natural environment with lots of greenery. Geckos & insects are endemic to the Island. Even though gentle pest controls are regularly operated at the property, some encounters may occur. Please note that all of them are completely harmless and important for a balanced ecosystem.
