THE SPACE

Step outside the living room and follow the stairs down to the truly beautiful, oxygen rich, jungle view that sits perfectly and directly in front of the infinity swimming pool. The pool perches and nestles itself just by the beautiful jungle views of Ubud!

Just by the infinity pool is a sunken seating area which can be used to relax, lounge by the pool or even have small gatherings or a peaceful yoga session alongside the sounds of the jungle and swimming pool, a truly unforgettable experience.

Each room is fully equipped to perfection with a smart HDTV, amenities, an en-suite toilet, views, balconies and a breeze that flows through them without any effort whatsoever.  Enjoy the outdoors fully! without worrying about any bad weather or rain! You are completely sheltered while you exit your bedroom as there is a large shade above that protects you.

Our staff will come daily to clean the villa and our manager will assist you with all questions and requests that might arise during your stay. He can help you arrange car/scooter rental, taxis, day trips, laundry service, private chefs, and more. Please don’t hesitate to contact him.

The private car park is located in front of the villa and will fit a scooter and a medium-sized car. Guest access The entire villa is yours during your stay, no space is sharing with others.

ROAD ACCESS CONDITION

As this villa is new and located on a remote location with rice field view, the road access is not smooth and perfect. The road is narrow, and there are no lampposts on the limestone road heading to the villa, so it can be dark at night. If you rent a car, please be aware to bring a smaller car when you arrive at the villa, as a big car may not fit in the road. A car bigger than a Toyota Avanza, may not be suitable to the road.

VILLA WITH JUNGLE VIEW You might hear noises which come from the insects and geckos who inhabit the jungle long before we began the villa construction.

Bali is a humid and tropical natural environment with lots of greenery. Geckos & insects are endemic to the Island. Even though gentle pest controls are regularly operated at the property, some encounters may occur. Please note that all of them are completely harmless and important for a balanced ecosystem.

Because the property is located in a relatively remote area, flow of electricity is not as reliable as in cities. Therefore, power cuts from the main provider may be expected from time to time. Kindly note that these are completely out of the host’s scope. No generator is available on site.

Kindly note that jungle and lands surrounding the property are not our property. This means locals can pass by or freely use their lands any way they want. Host is not responsible for any surrounding landscape modification out of their scope or for the presence of other human beings in the surroundings.
