Our organic farm, The Gardens, is a commitment to the agricultural traditions of central Bali and our belief in sustainable living. At The Gardens, we invite you to pick from a selection of produce and sit back while our chefs prepare them. You’ll never have a meal better than one with ingredients grown just steps away from your table. A portion of the produce comes from this sister property on Jalan Bisma (organic and pesticide-free) while majority is soured from nearby farms in Bedugul and beyond.

Copper Kitchen & Bar enjoys an easy vibe throughout the day, from its airy and non-constrictive passageways to the rustic wooden benches, and comfortable booth seating. Sensible architectural features come together seamlessly to form a refined take on modern-casual dining.
The fare embodies Chef Shima Drupadi’s sensibility of keeping things soulful and crafty while paying homage to Ubud’s surroundings. Food is thoughtful, grown locally (as much as possible), and interpreted with nods to Asia while drinks are inspired by the thorough approach of the old world.

The Luxury Bali was thrilled to be invited for lunch and dinner, experiencing one of the most sophisticated Asian contemporary cuisine restaurant in Ubud, Copper Kitchen and Bar. Overlooking Ubud famous forest landscape, this restaurant over a refreshing view and warm ambience for every guest. Not to mention, their scrumptious, yet still organic, food.
This restaurant has different menu for lunch and dinner. We were lucky to enjoy their best dishes, recommended straight from the kitchen.
